“ Came with my wife, we had fish and chips and sausage rolls both plates were fresh and had great taste! Service was good and attentive. Very nice British restaurant to come and have lunch! ”
“ Love the Scotch Egg and fish and chips! Great beer selection and the esthetic is great. Like a slice of Britain! ”
“ Great food, great bar, restaurant waitstaff kinda ignored us when we first entered so we just sat at the bar and then ate there barman was lovely. Food was great and that’s coming from a Brit ”
“ We had a nice family dinner and they took us with a reservation of 8, no problem. The food was delicious, their pretzels and queso was amazing! They have a nice draft selection. They are a restaurant and a pub, two separate entrances. Great place to catch a game and eat with friends and family! ”
“ This place is amazing. It may feel like a bar, but the food is to die for. My husband and I have been here for drinks (the beer variety is awesome) and also just to dine. There's a beautiful tree-shaded courtyard to dine outside. Inside, the decor is warm and welcoming. The food never disappoints. Definitely try the Chicken and Vegetable Pie, Cornish Pastie, and Pot Roast. I just tried the Sticky Toffee Pudding and it was delightful. Everything tastes scratch made and the portions are great for the price. ”
“ One of my favorites. A gem. A treasure. The fish and chips are awesome and the bar is great. Feels like Britian. Love it. Went for London New Year brunch once and bagpipes visited us. So fun. ”
“ Excellent British food and amazing drinks served by a friendly, professional staff in pleasant surroundings. What more could you ask for! My son says the Crown and Anchor is his new favorite restaurant, and I tend to agree with him;) I had the Shepard's Pie on my first visit, which I really enjoyed. However, I especially enjoyed the Toad in the Hole I had the following weekend even more. The Bloody Mary they make is second to none, and always gets the weekend off to a great start! UPDATE: I have had the Full English Breakfast my last few visits. It is exceptional! Thanks Crown and Anchor! ”
“ Friendly service at the bar. Great fish and chips. Peas had great snap. Local craft beers. ”
